A pivotal role for the future of the agency, this position will see the successful candidate given an excellent level of autonomy to manage the agency and team while helping to support and oversee campaigns for clients. This is a role that will suit someone ambitious who is interested in helping to drive sensible long-term growth while maintaining the high standards of work set by the current team. The ideal candidate will:

• Have successfully operated at Senior level within an agency and been responsible for team leadership, operations and agency direction.
• Have prior expereince working with clients in the B2B technology space – ideally on integrated PR campaigns covering content and social alongside media relations
• Have a significant interest in helping to grow a team and be part of a project in the medium and long-term
• Be comfortable leading pitches for potential new clients
• Be capable of mentoring and developing junior and mid-level colleagues
