Description:
Requirements - MUST HAVE
- Detailed knowledge of the individual process steps of the M&A process.
- Ideally experience working within an in-house M&A / Corporate Development role.
- Experience within Big 4 as a Manager / Director within Deal Advisory / Corporate Finance.
- 5+ years of relevant experience working in an Corporate Finance / M&A / Transaction Services position.
- Have worked on Financial Services / FIG deals.
- ACA, CFA or relevant qualification.
