You will be responsible for:
- Managing production of monthly management accounts, P&L, balance sheet and cashflow, ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements, and providing insightful analysis on variances
- Working with Transformation CVL senior management (both internal and external stakeholders) to optimise performance
- Managing production of budgets and forecasts
- Supporting internal and external audit processes
- Managing the reporting requirements of the client, providing support where necessary to Welsh Government
- Delivery of the new business essentials model across the team, ensuring a joined-up approach between Finance, Commercial and Operations
- Implementing best practice processes and exploiting the use of SAP for internal and external reporting.

- Ability to work towards strict deadlines with a high degree of quality and understanding
- Strong Excel skills
- High level of experience of month end close procedures;
- High customer service focus to manage upwards to very senior levels
- Strong oral and written communications skills
