We are seeking a Part-Qualified Management Accountant to join the finance team at LCW. In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Finance to support day-to-day accounting routines and contribute to the financial success of the organisation. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Head of Finance to support daily accounting routines.
- Prepare and analyse financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for designated departments or projects within the NHS organisation.
- Assist in the development and monitoring of financial plans, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and financial regulations.
- Provide financial advice and guidance to department managers and stakeholders, assisting them in budgetary control and decision-making processes.
- Review and analyse financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies.
- Work with finance professionals and teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Participate in financial audits and address discrepancies as needed.
- Monitor and manage financial transactions, ensuring accurate recording and allocation of expenses and income.
- Support the preparation of financial statements, including profit and loss accounts and balance sheets, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards.
You must:
- Be ACCA/CIMA qualified/part qualified
- Experience gained across of variety of positions.
- Ability to process information accurately, methodically and efficiently.
- Ability to organise own work to meet tight deadlines and objectives
- Ability to work confidentiality, with tact and discretion
