The Microsoft 365 Engineering Manager will build and develop a high performing engineering team, whose role it is to deliver and continuously improve our Enterprise Wide Productivity & Collaboration technology capabilities.

The role will lead a diverse team of Microsoft 365 Engineers of varying expertise, experience and specialism. The role will be passionate about and prioritise the professional development and performance of each engineer. The role will ensure that we have an effective talent pipeline for Microsoft 365 engineering.
