Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a portfolio of high-net-worth clients.
- Create and implement sales strategies to achieve personal and team sales targets.
- Organise and conduct property viewings and negotiations.
- Conduct market research and property valuations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships
- Progressing clients from offer, through to exchange and completion.
- Stay informed about market trends and developments in luxury real estate.
- Collaborate with our in-house creative team to produce high-quality marketing materials.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in luxury sales, ideally within the real estate sector.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of the luxury property market.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals and investors.
- Self-motivated, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of Mandarin or Arabic is a significant advantage.
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
