• proven loan management experience within commercial property and or bridging loans
• solid understanding of credit, lending and portfolio management processes
• clear vision of loan lifecycle from drawdown to redemption, including professional relationships and fully regulatory oversight
• eagerness to embrace technology and its ability to drive efficiency within a traditionally cumbersome process
• sleeves rolled up approach to achieving results efficiently and decisively
