Description:

1. VWV is seeking a litigator, preferably with an insurance background, to join its education practice. The role involves advising schools on their liability for claims and representing them in the event of claims being issued. The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload, handling liability, risk, claims management, and defense of civil claims for compensation, most of which are uninsured. Experience in defending liability claims, particularly those related to abuse, is desirable.
