An exciting opportunity for an experienced Litigation Solicitor with an aspiration for excellent promotion prospects to join an established solicitor’s firm based in Wanstead, East London covering a wide range of areas of law to include Residential & Commercial Property Litigation, Wills/Probate litigation and Dispute Resolution for both businesses and the individual.

This is a great opportunity for a solid experienced fee earning litigation solicitor to join a well-regarded and established Solicitors firm.

The Job Role:

As an experienced Litigation solicitor, you will be dealing with a wide range of matters such as:

Property Disputes

Property matters (including ownership disputes, right of way disputes and boundary disputes, service charge disputes and right to manage claims.)

Landlord and Tenant disputes (Residential and Commercial) Including possession/eviction proceedings, lease renewal proceedings.

Probate Disputes

Inheritance claims.

Will validity claims.

Miscellaneous

Debt recovery/repayment.

Building Disputes.

Skills Experience and Qualifications:

Qualified litigation solicitor with minimum three year plus Post Qualified Experience.

Produce high quality work with attention to detail.

Able to work in a departmental billing target environment.
