Lifestyle Manager

Description:

We are looking for a Lifestyle Manager to join our team. Lifestyle Managers provide high-touch lifestyle services to our members. We provide a wide array of requests to members including planning luxury travel and complete itineraries to day-to-day tasks such as sourcing a chef or nanny or handling DMV services. Our members ask us for anything and everything and expect perfect service.

Responsibilities will include:

-Researching and/or booking Travel: Flights, Hotels, Activities, Car Services, Car Rentals.

-Researching and/or booking Entertainment: Dinner reservations, shows & concerts, VIP access to special events.

-Recommending (from our vetted list) vendors such as housekeepers, auto detailers, doctors, caterers or any other providers, as needed.

-Retail & Gifting: Recommending & purchasing gifts, ordering flowers, sourcing specialty items.

-Facilitating Day-to-Day Errands: Grocery Shopping, car servicing, and other tasks.

-Logging requests into our software and keeping track of outstanding requests

-Staying apprised of all the latest travel and lifestyle trends
