Legal Counsel

Description:

The role itself is very broad in content, mainly review, draft and negotiate complex commercial contract agreements, but also working closely with their regulatory teams whilst providing support to senior stakeholders on day-to-day contractual queries.

This position is likely to suit someone that has some experience of dealing commercial contract agreements with a corporate in-house background.

• Ideally 2+ years PQE within a reputable Financial Services organisation.
• Experienced with dealing with complex negotiations.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work autonomously.
• Experience of working within Financial Services environment - any considered.
• Strong desire to learn, as training and support will be provided.
• Any experience of Consumer Credit or Asset Finance would be ideal, but not essential.
