A leading manufacturing business with expansion plans is seeking an experienced L&D Specialist to take ownership of the digital learning agenda across its UK operations. This role is essential in ensuring employees at all levels are trained and upskilled in the right areas, with a particular focus on utilizing digital learning solutions. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and delivering digital learning solutions, ensuring they have a positive impact on employees at various levels.
• Mapping training needs and designing targeted training solutions, particularly through a newly created Learning Experience Platform (LXP).
• Collaborating with subject matter experts to understand the requirements of different roles and designing training programs based on these insights.
• Coordinating training activities, including working with external training providers to ensure that courses are relevant and engaging.
• Utilizing Creative Cloud or Canva to design high-quality digital learning content.

To Be Considered For This Role You Will:

• Have a strong understanding of technology and its application in training and L&D.
• Be able to manage both coordination and design of training solutions via the LXP.
• Have experience with digital design and the creation of training materials.
• Be creative and proficient in using tools like Creative Cloud or Canva for content design.
