Role Overview:

We are seeking a Learning & Development Consultant to join our award-winning L&D team. This role is pivotal in designing, developing, and delivering engaging e-learning content to support the growth and development of our recruitment teams across multiple branches.

You will play a key role in instructional design, content creation, and learning management system (LMS) administration, ensuring that our training programs remain engaging, effective, and impactful.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Design & Develop Training Content – Create engaging e-learning content tailored for recruitment consultants and branch teams.
✅ Instructional Design Best Practices – Develop interactive learning experiences, including video tutorials, modules, quizzes, and job aids.
✅ Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) – Translate knowledge from industry experts into structured, effective training materials.
✅ Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) – Deliver and track e-learning programs, ensuring seamless learning experiences.
✅ Evaluate Training Effectiveness – Collect feedback, assessments, and performance metrics to measure training impact and areas for improvement.
✅ Stay Updated with Industry Trends – Ensure e-learning content remains innovative, engaging, and aligned with the latest training methodologies.
✅ Support Blended Learning – Integrate digital learning with instructor-led training for a comprehensive training experience.

Who We’re Looking For:

✅ Experience in Teaching, Training, or Recruitment – Background in education, L&D, or instructional design is highly desirable.
✅ Strong Presentation & Communication Skills – Ability to deliver engaging training sessions and collaborate with team members across multiple locations.
✅ Creative and Analytical Mindset – A keen eye for designing engaging training materials and evaluating their effectiveness.
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint & Excel – Experience in creating training presentations, reports, and data analysis.
✅ Self-Motivated & Adaptable – A proactive individual who can work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
