Description:
Responsibilities:
• Overall management of Early Careers Programmes – including leading on the design and implementation of the programmes, oversight and organisation of rotations, managing relationships with apprenticeship and qualifications providers, providing support and guidance to line and rotation managers, oversight of performance management and feedback approach for grads an apprentices, designing and deliver induction programme.
• Manage Early Careers Community which includes driving learning opportunities, development, networking and social activities to develop and retain early careers talent across the business.
• Collaborate with L&D manager to develop and execute a learning and development agenda that meets the most critical needs of the business.
• Manage the onboarding & induction programme for all new starters to ensure an effective transition into the organisation.
• Facilitate training modules including new hire inductions, teambuilding, performance management, feedback training sessions and other ad-hoc business requests.
• Support the L&D manager to drive the Performance Management process including delivering training and information sessions on our performance management and feedback approach.
Requirements:
• Strong organisational and programme management skills
• Experience administering an LMS (ideally Workday)
• Experience administering Performance Management System (ideally Workday)
• Confident in training design and facilitation
• MS PowerPoint design skills
• Ability to foster and maintain business relationships, generating credibility with the business.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
