We are seeking a skilled Lead Workday Adaptive Planning Consultant to lead implementation and customization projects, working closely with diverse client teams, ranging from analysts to CFOs. This role demands a combination of technical expertise, project leadership, and industry insights to deliver innovative solutions and drive meaningful change for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Workday Adaptive Planning implementation and customization projects.
- Engage with various levels of client personnel, from analysts to CFOs, fostering strong relationships.
- Provide industry and technology expertise to clients and project teams.
- Offer design advice and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Deliver product demonstrations as part of the pre-sales team.
- Contribute to developing methodologies, approaches, and models relevant to professional services.
- Mentor and lead team members within the consulting organization.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business (Accounting or Finance is a plus), Information Systems, or equivalent.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience with increasing levels of responsibility.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning in design and development roles.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience managing project teams.
- Expertise:
- Proficient in financial budgeting and planning applications.
- Skilled in solving complex business problems, documentation, and process improvement.
- Experienced in leading design sessions and facilitating discussions effectively.
- Skills:
- Strong interpersonal communication and team collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
