We are looking for an experienced and motivated Pharmacy Technician to lead and develop our medicines optimisation service within LYPFT. The successful applicant will have excellent communication, organisational and time management skills who can work effectively as part of a team and independently. Experience of working within mental health services is not essential but having a compassionate and understanding approach towards those with, or caring for, someone with a mental illness or learning disability is.

Main duties of the job

Your role will be to provide leadership and guidance to pharmacy and multidisciplinary team colleagues, be integral to service developments and provide support operationally to enable the optimal use of medicines for people that use our services.
