Description:
Working within the Claims Analytics team, you will be responsible for the deployment and monitoring of webpages/dashboards that leverage analytics insight/models. The webpages/dashboards are primarily used by claims handlers to allow data driven decisions for efficient and consistent customer outcomes. As the Lead Dashboard Developer, you will be responsible for continuously improving and adapting process and practice as technology evolves.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
Confident with HTML and JavaScript
Current or keen to learn: Experienced in Software Development Lifecycle (configuration management, GIT flow best practices, e.g., repository branching, master/project branch merging etc)
ASP.NET/C# development experience, or other backend programming language such as python
Ability to translate stakeholder requirements into functional webpages
Comfortable with managing stakeholder requirements and workloads of a Development team
