Description:

The ENT UK Finance Committee is an important Committee of ENT UK and is responsible for the oversight of ENT UK’s financial strategy and performance, and the effective use of its resources.

Duties

To support the ENT UK Finance Committee in the fulfilment of its responsibilities, including:

• Advising on ENT UK’s Strategic Financial Planning, Investment Planning and Commercial Strategy Development.
• Reviewing the Annual Budget prior to the start of each financial year and recommending it to the ENT UK Board of Trustees.
• Reviewing the Budget each quarter, including in-year adjustments and advise on appropriate action as required.
• Agreeing financial policies, such as the Reserves Policy and the Procurement Policy.
• Managing financial and relevant operational risks with the ENT UK CEO and ENT UK Board of Trustees.
• Ensuring that ENT UK complies with its governing documents, charity, company law and any other relevant legislation or regulations.
• Overseeing insurance and pension arrangements.
