Role Overview: We are currently seeking Part-time to Full-time Landscapers to join our team. This role presents an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about landscaping and sustainability to contribute to our mission-driven work. We welcome applications from experienced landscapers as well as individuals who are interested in pursuing a career in landscaping and are open to apprenticeship opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute a variety of landscaping tasks, including hardscaping, softscaping, paving, decking, and fencing installations.

• Work collaboratively with the design team to bring garden designs to life, ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards and client specifications.

• Operate a range of landscaping equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.

• Follow sustainable landscaping practices, including the use of eco-friendly materials, native plantings, and water-efficient irrigation systems.

• Assist with site preparation, excavation, and grading as required.

• Provide guidance and support to apprentices or less experienced team members, facilitating their development and growth in the field of landscaping.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in landscaping or a related field is preferred but not essential. We welcome applications from individuals with a passion for landscaping and a willingness to learn.

• Strong practical skills and the ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting and carrying heavy loads.

• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.

• Interest in sustainability and eco-friendly landscaping practices.

• A valid driver's license is preferred but not essential.
