Key Account Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining close relationships with key existing customers, ensuring maintenance contracts are renewed, and identifying additional sales opportunities. You will play a crucial part in driving our business growth while upholding our core values and fostering a collaborative, client-focused environment.

 

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key existing customers.
  • Ensure timely renewal of maintenance contracts, addressing any client concerns proactively.
  • Identify and pursue additional sales opportunities within the existing customer base.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
  • Monitor customer feedback and address issues promptly, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement account strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives.

 

Experience and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales account management.
  • Strong track record of maintaining and growing key accounts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to identify and capitalise on additional sales opportunities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a passion for customer success
