Quest Search & Selection are partnering with a leading B2B Health-Tech business who partner with some of the largest Healthcare Organisations around the globe to ensure patients, healthcare professionals and pharmaceutical professionals have access to information about medicines.
The role of Account manager is to develop relationships with key stakeholders in existing smaller, target pharmaceutical customer accounts to amplify engagement and showcase the company’s different products and solutions.
The role and responsibilities Key Account Manager- Healthcare Software role–
- Cultivate relationships with primary customers to enhance revenues throughout the Solution portfolio. These clients are smaller turnover clients that can be cultivated to grow.
- Gaining a comprehensive understanding of each target client's business, strategy, operations, and industry trends to attain predetermined account-level objectives.
- Regularly engage with key stakeholders, both online and in-person, to establish crucial contacts for the implementation of account plans.
- Generate new Annual Recurring Revenue/ Subscription revenue from existing customers to achieve personal & business revenue targets.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to boost product engagement and revenue.
- Ensure, through the customer success team, complete client satisfaction post-sale and the successful integration of the product/service.
- Maintain an accurate record of account plans, opportunities, and activities within Hubspot (CRM system)
- Effectively manage the pipeline for new and renewal business.
- Expand and be involved in New Business and getting new revenue building clients on board.
To be successful in this Key Account Manager- Healthcare Software role –
- Ideally having 3 years + in account management/ sales within the Pharma industry/Healthtech, Medical software or Life science industry.
- Proven ability to develop client-focused solutions in SaaS, Data, or subscription services.
- You must have experience in B2B sales and have extensive experience managing external, senior stakeholders
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office.
- Working in regulated markets desirable
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Hubspot or customer support software would be considered beneficial.
