As a Junior Solution Consultant at Nuix, you will play a critical role in the post-sales process, assisting with the technical configuration of client implementations. You will collaborate with customers, technical teams, and stakeholders to design and implement tailored solutions. Your role will involve hands-on technical configuration, presenting innovative solutions, and maintaining close client relationships to ensure successful deployments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Work with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Technical Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of Nuix solutions and best practices for deployment.
- Implementation Support: Assist in solution configuration and deployment, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency.
- Solution Design: Develop comprehensive designs that address infrastructure challenges and optimize performance.
- Documentation: Create detailed technical documents to support solutions and implementations.
- Customer Support: Serve as a trusted advisor, offering technical guidance and ongoing support during implementations.
- Collaboration: Partner with product, engineering, and support teams to refine solutions based on client feedback.
- Presentations: Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations showcasing Nuix solutions.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure cutting-edge solutions.
Technical Skills:
- Basic experience with infrastructure scaling and enterprise infrastructure components.
- Familiarity with scripting and coding languages.
- Knowledge of technologies such as ElasticSearch, Kubernetes, SQL databases, MS365 connector, Keycloak configuration, and Docker.
- Exposure to both on-premises and SaaS software solutions.
Qualifications and Expertise:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
- Experience in solution consultancy, technical support, or post-sales roles.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Background in forensic, law enforcement, eDiscovery, or investigations (preferred but not required).
- Fluency in German and English is required; a third language is a plus.
- Willingness to travel, primarily within the DACH region.
