Junior Merchandiser

As a Junior Merchandiser, you’ll work closely with the Senior Merchandiser and wider team to ensure products are well-stocked, efficiently managed, and readily available for customers. You will play a key role in keeping stores supplied, managing inventory, and improving merchandising processes.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Product Setup: Accurately enter product details into internal systems.
✅ Order Management: Assist in raising and sending purchase orders to suppliers.
✅ Stock Replenishment: Manage daily replenishment orders to ensure stores remain well-stocked.
✅ Stock Optimization: Review retail stock levels and make recommendations to improve availability.
✅ Stock Transfers: Process stock transfers between stores or distribution centres (DC).
✅ Inventory Control: Support stock take processes and maintain accurate inventory records.
✅ System Support: Work with the Import Merchandiser to update and fix system errors.
✅ Retail & Operations Collaboration: Maintain strong relationships with retail and operations teams.
✅ Process Improvement: Help streamline merchandising & replenishment processes with new ideas.
✅ eCommerce Support: Assist with online product launches and intake reporting.
✅ Reporting: Provide ad-hoc reports to support key retail decisions.
