Description:
This is a role best suited to individuals who are junior in the role and that are as capable and happy working directly with customers to handle technical support queries, as they are with writing documentation and contributing code for our products and projects.
You will be working alongside highly experienced members of the Enterprise Solutions and Products’ team to help kick-start your career and your professional development.
Your responsibilities
- Provide technical support and documentation for customer queries relating to CIVIC’s products.
- Provide customer training on our products.
- Contribute front-end code for products and projects.
- Keep up to date with marketing technology and Google products
- Writing product documentation and testing product features
- Contributing to CIVIC’s product development road-map for new and existing products
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
Required skills
- Understanding of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3
- Understanding of client-side JavaScript and ReactJS
- Understanding of cross-browser compatibility
- Familiarity with server-side CSS preprocessors and front-end tooling
- Familiarity with code versioning tools, such as GIT
- Basic understanding of key design principles and experience with graphic design software
- Familiarity with SEO principles, analytics and advertising products such as Google Analytics and Google Ads is desirable
- English as a native language or excellent command of the language, written and spoken.
- Familiarity with GDPR legislation for website cookies is nice to have.
