Junior Financial Analyst

A Junior Financial Analyst is required to work for an internationally renowned Media business which specialises in Financial Services clients, based in Central London. This is a hybrid role working up to 3 days per week in the office with opportunities for remote working. This is an opportunity to gain fast-track career progression, working in the global headquarters of an extremely successful brand that has achieved year on year record profits, with no sign of this slowing down.

Within the Financial Services division you will be working alongside the Commercial Business, PR and Finance teams, taking ownership of client administration, bookkeeping, business partnering and intercompany projects.

Responsibilities include:

• Business partnering with key internal stakeholders to review internal projects, budgets and client information
• Owning the WIP
• Assisting in the preparation of budgets
• Support, contribute with the financial accounting for the division including billing, month end and VAT duties
• Adhoc reporting

Skill set required:

The successful candidate will be currently studying towards a finance qualification with experience working in a SME service industry or practice where you have managed bookkeeping and transactional finance. The ability to prioritise tasks and manage deadlines with strong attention to detail is key to this role. You will be proactive in nature with the confidence to drive change and be a team player offering assistance when needed.
