A well-respected Wealth Management business are looking to add a Junior Digital Product Owner to their team where you will be drawing upon your own expert experience of working with business leaders and technical engineers to create first-class digital products, you will be at the forefront of the digital ambition to be the whole-of-market sector leader.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop precise and clear user stories for diverse language proficiency levels among developers and testers
- Thrive in a fast-paced team environment committed to surpassing expectations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine product vision, roadmap, and backlog
- Take a leadership role in coordinating technical delivery resources for agile strategic initiatives, small changes, and day-to-day operations
- Advocate for clients within technology design and development teams consistently
- Promote the phased introduction of industry-standard and customized agile and product management methodologies
- Contribute to a high-performing team, acting as a central figure for upcoming technology-focused business analysts and product owners
- Foster collaborative relationships with near/offshore partners to enhance the existing team
Technical:
- Demonstrable understanding of agile and scrum.
- Experience working in a scrum/product team as product owner or business analyst is essential.
- Experience turning high-level business requirements in epic or feature format into detailed user stories is essential.
- Computer science degree or equivalent experience.
