Junior Designer

We have teamed with a Boutique Branding Agency based in Central London. The company work with a diverse roaster of clients across luxury hospitality, property and corporate businesses.

They have an opening for an ambitious and talented Junior Designer to join their close-knit team.

The role will be creating, developing, and delivering brilliant and beautiful design solutions for a variety of Brand Identity projects. They seek an excellent thinker and a crafter with an ideas-led approach. You will work on projects from initial concepts to delivery across multiple brand platforms and touchpoints. You will be able to verbally articulate your ideas to confidently present your ideas. The team always collaborate and support each other through projects. Having the ability to organise and priorities projects and being comfortable multi-tasking and balancing multiple client briefs will be required.

More about you...

• You will have proven experience working across a range of multidisciplinary branding projects
• Brilliant technical skills, including Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign, and strong knowledge of Digital either Sketch or Figma.
• Solid knowledge of the printing process and print runs.
• You will have both strategic and creative vision to support the businesses goals
• Strong people and project management skills
• Confident presentation skills, with exceptional written and verbal communication
• Great design skills with a curiosity for new touch points within Design
