KEY RESPONSBILITIES

Core role:

  • Junior Account Executive providing support across multiple clients across sport and music.
  • Support the account teams in producing essential documentation such as client reports, client presentations, evaluations, briefs etc.
  • Daily management of a client’s customer rewards/ticketing programme related to its sponsorships, managing CRM email activity using Salesforce and brand comms through branded WhatsApp channel.
  • Management of client’s staff benefit/ticketing programme related to its sponsored music venues, including management of ticket requests, approvals and liaison with sponsorship venues to issue tickets.
  • Venue management – liaison with sponsorship venues to ensure guest (customer and staff) experiences are of a high standard, including arrangement of logistics – F&B requests, parking, upgrades and more.
  • Be a key player in the planning and on-site delivery of client productions and events.
  • Work closely with third party suppliers on key deliverables for client campaigns.
  • Continually monitor media for client coverage and relevant industry news.

 

Account management:

  • Provide clear client communications which are honest, straight forward, and professional.
  • Develop strong working relationships with clients, rights holders and third-party suppliers.
  • Support with the weekly reporting on your accounts and being proactive with capturing notes, ideas and actions and sharing them with the team.
  • Always hit or exceed deadlines (internal and client), delivering beyond client expectations.

 

PR & Social communications

  • Willing to expand your experience and be involved with comms clients including outreach to media for client campaigns.
  • Contribute to preparing a range of PR deliverables without errors - press releases, social copy, captions, emails, briefing notes and key messaging.
  • Support in the creation and executing social content plans and writing copy for social posts (including agency social channels).

 

New Business support:

  • Support new business pitches with brainstorms and team admin.
  • Be confident with the Agency proposition, credentials and always on the lookout for potential opportunities.
  • Conduct research for the senior team for existing client or new business where appropriate.
