It/ot Site Onboarding Manager

Your tasks
 

• Responsible and accountable for the IT/OT onboarding of new assets (Wind Onshore and Offshore, Photovoltaic and Battery/Storage) globally into the Global Data Backbone of RWE Renewables.
• Coordinate, prioritize and support the onboardings with the respective teams around the world (development, construction and others) to make sure they are done on-time and on budget
• Ensure a smooth site onboarding transition from the different asset stages into the Global Data Backbone, like Control room monitoring applications, KPIs and reporting systems, etc.
• Own and Manage the related onboarding process steps including KPIs and ensure effective coordination of the IT/OT Teams with the relevant stakeholders
• Be a hands-on project manager for the teams and work closely together to onboarding on-time success.
• Enable good working relationship and knowledge exchange with other teams within the renewables business.
   

Your Profile
 

• Proven track record of delivering IT/OT projects within scope, time, budget and quality in the role as project and/or programme manager including clear understanding of programme and project management and related tasks.
• Proven ability to run projects with waterfall methodologies and in parallel with other colleagues.
• Ideally a Degree in Information Technology or similar with related experience
• Clear understanding of the IT Operations, including but not limited to user management, right management, database operation, application operation, network administration and management.
• Working knowledge of MS Project is a plus
• Good analytical thinking and an excellent communicator across all levels of hierarchy
• Clear understanding of the renewables business.
• Experienced to coordinate, troubleshooting and perform root cause analysis.
• Empathy and experience working in international environments.
• Fluent in English - writing and speaking
