Description:
The support side of the IT Services team is responsible for front line IT services and provides first and second line support to users in the Department, alongside providing services from the University's central Information Services. As a member of the support team, you would work closely with the infrastructure team and have input into the operational and strategic IT needs of the Department.

You should enjoy interacting with users and have a desire to progress your technical skills. The IT support team is the face of IT for many members of the Department and must respond quickly, communicate effectively, and provide high levels of service.
