The Role: IT Technician - Customer Support

As an IT Technician, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring aviation safety. You won't be confined to a desk; you'll be the point of contact for our clients and customers, providing top-notch technical support. Your responsibilities will include building, maintaining, and deploying applications using tools like Jenkins, creating user accounts, setting permissions, and resolving issues. Additionally, you'll be setting up laptops for our internal users.
