It Support Technician

Description:

We are looking for an IT Technician to provide IT support during the evening for Adult Education courses and college evening events.

The successful candidate will have good IT skills across a range of PC hardware and software in particular Microsoft 365, be confident to use their own initiative to problem solve. You will be supporting adults with their IT needs and helping with their exams so a friendly calm approach is required in this customer focus role.

There is some flexibility in the start and finish times for this post. Ideally the working pattern would be Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 4.00pm – 9.00pm but we are happy to hear from you if you are available less than 15 hours with a different working pattern offering evening cover on these days.
