It Support Technician

As an IT Support Technician, you'll be working on first and second line support, such as

  • Being the first port of call for our employees for any tech issues.
  • Remote management of devices, user accounts and access.
  • Onboarding new starters with the correct tech set up.
  • Logging activities on a service desk system.
  • Managing hardware stock, vendor relationships and digital signage.
  • Supporting major incident process.

We'd love to hear from you, if you have...

 

  • At least 1 year experience in a similar role, providing first line tech support for Windows and Office 365/Microsoft.
  • Experience with ITIL based ticketing system and ITSM.
  • Exceptional problem solving and customer service skills.
  • Active Directory Administrator.
  • Tech savvy
