Acting as a vital link between the business and Merlin Digital, you'll manage workloads for operational excellence and be the go-to resource for technical escalations. Your role will contribute to a seamless IT experience for Merlin staff and drive continuous service improvement.

Your responsibilities extend to championing service improvement initiatives, ensuring adherence to Group IT policies, and approving the acceptance of new systems and services into production. Additionally, you'll support other locations as needed, coordinate major incident resolutions, and collaborate with the wider Merlin Digital Department to enhance overall IT service delivery. Your role is pivotal in maintaining high-quality IT operations, promoting user satisfaction, and upholding established OLAs/SLAs. Qualifications & Experience
 

  • Good desktop, Hardware and Application support skills.
  • Good knowledge of operation systems.
  • POS Support skills.
  • First Line and Service Now experience and knowledge of escalation procedures.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to articulate technical situations in a clear manner.
  • Attention to detail (Ticket information).
  • Able to work flexible hours when the business requires it.
