We've built and validated our platform, ensuring quick and easy matching for all parties involved. We are currently raising our seed round of £1m to expand into the UK market and to continue building the product.

We are seeking to work with an Investment Specialist with a proven track record of securing investment in the field of recruitment tech. The successful candidate will design and run campaigns on behalf of Swarme, feed back outcomes, deliver updates and facilitate connections where possible.

At this crucial stage we are focussed on results so we are keen on a PBR arrangement.
