We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Investment Operations Administrator to join our Bromsgrove office, offering hybrid working opportunities.

Role Overview:

As an Investment Operations Administrator, you will support the Investments Operations Team, ensuring efficient processing of client requests, cash reporting, and compliance with financial regulations. This role involves handling medium-risk queries while working closely with consultants and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure client requests are processed accurately and within agreed SLAs.
  • Process deceased accounts and death claims efficiently.
  • Respond to telephone and email queries, escalating when necessary.
  • Assist with cash reporting for various providers (excluding AFH Direct).
  • Maintain and update model portfolio changes on provider platforms.
  • Process Bed & ISA transactions across multiple platforms.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate diary management and record-keeping for audit purposes.
  • Ensure all activities align with compliance standards (AML, GDPR, TCF).
  • Develop new methods to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Support team members during absence or peak workloads (e.g., tax year-end).
  • Undertake ad hoc duties as required by Senior Management.

Who We’re Looking For:

Essential Qualifications & Skills:

📈 Good knowledge of the Financial Services market and Investment Products
📝 Understanding of Operational Procedures & Compliance (AML, GDPR, TCF)
📊 Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
💻 Familiarity with Pershing’s Nexus, XPlan, and Nexus Complete (Preferred but Not Essential)
📑 Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
📞 Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
👥 Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
