As Intune SME, you will be a significant contributor to the enterprise wide rollout of their cloud based endpoint management solution. You will be responsible for educating and training end users on best practices for using Intune-managed endpoints and applications
ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Designing, implementing and managing Microsoft Intune solutions
- Intune automation, device configuration/restrictions, application/package deployment, content distribution, and troubleshooting
- Assisting in implementing and troubleshooting security policies
- Administering the Autopilot process, including understanding the Enrollment Status Page (ESP), device joining, and Intune Enrollment.
- Utilizing Intune software update groups to maintain Windows workstations
ABOUT THE QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years hands-on experience supporting large, complex infrastructures and projects
- Experienced with large scale infrastructure rollouts and upgrades
- Expertise in Microsoft InTune Deployment and Enrollment
- Strong experience in InTune and AutoPilot, including device enrollment, policy management, application deployment, compliance enforcement, and conditional access.
- Prior experience with Apple Business Manager and/or JAMF
- Proven track-record of successfully participating in technical implementations of new services as part of a project team.
- Good judgment and strong analytical skills as well as follow-up and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science is preferred
