Description:
Lavandi Talent are seeking a dynamic International Sales Manager for a UK-based cosmetic company. The ideal candidate must possess strong retail connections, extensive experience with international retailers and distributors, and a track record of managing profit and loss.
Responsibilities
1. Identify new business opportunities through effective prospecting and lead generation strategies to deliver against the agreed sales budget.
2. Cultivate warm business and partner relationships through a variety of channels that lead to growing our business.
3. Create and present dynamic, engaging pitches and proposals to prospective customers.
4. Develop a strong, ongoing understanding of market trends, industry developments and competitor activity and be able to articulate this to key stakeholders.
5. Develop, maintain and build collaborative and engaging relationships across the business and customer base, both nationally and internationally, understanding the dynamics of each function so to create mutually rewarding relationships.
6. Negotiate trading and distribution terms.
7. Define and implement effective country specific sales strategies.
8. Grow UK distribution strategy for Online sales.
9. Follow up on marketing enquiries to convert viable opportunities.
10. Attend both UK and Overseas exhibitions.
11. Identify new business opportunities with existing accounts.
12. Takes responsibility to become familiar of and comply with relevant Company policies.
13. Any other reasonable business request as required for the proper fulfilment of the role.
