In this role, you will focus on converting inbound leads and following up with potential customers who have previously shown interest. The position offers the flexibility of hybrid working (2 days from home, 3 days in the office), with a focus on building relationships and showcasing how the company’s products and services can transform clients' businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Convert inbound leads and follow up with potential customers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Drive sales performance by achieving targets and KPIs.
  • Work in a supportive team environment and contribute to company success.
  • Continuously learn and apply new sales techniques to excel in the role.

Requirements:

  • Some previous sales experience in areas such as telesales, car sales, or proactive retail sales.
  • Strong communication and rapport-building skills.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with learning new IT systems.
  • Customer-service oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Goal-driven and motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets.
