Description:
Hilti is looking for a driven and motivated Internal Sales Account Manager to join their high-performing and supportive team in Manchester. This role involves using consultative telephone selling techniques to support and expand the company’s construction customer base within a defined territory. The successful candidate will develop customer relationships, implement sales strategies, and contribute to the overall profitability of the company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with construction customers via consultative telephone sales.
- Develop clear sales strategies and manage a defined customer territory.
- Identify and maximize business opportunities by engaging with key customers.
- Manage sales pricing within the territory to ensure sustainable, profitable growth.
- Follow up on leads and generate new business opportunities.
- Maintain high data quality and customer platform accuracy.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance customer solutions.
