Internal Sales Key Responsibilities
- Proactively drive new account acquisition, diligently following up on quotations and providing relevant feedback where necessary.
- Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and objectives.
- Identify and capitalise on sales opportunities through strategic engagement via phone, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
- Develop a thorough understanding of renewable energy products and stay abreast of market trends and dynamics.
- Deliver exceptional sales service by promptly providing quotations, processing orders, and ensuring efficient delivery management.
Internal Sales Requirements
- Confidence in engaging with new prospects within renewables, coupled with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
- Commercial acumen and the ability to identify and exploit business opportunities within renewables effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the capacity to articulate complex ideas succinctly.
- Capacity to work autonomously while also collaborating seamlessly with the wider team.
- Flexibility, with a willingness to travel as required to meet client needs.
- Proven track record of surpassing sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Knowledge of the renewable energy industry is desirable but not essential.
- Possession of a full UK driving licence.
