We are currently seeking an Internal Recruiter to join our recruitment team. This role is crucial in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and arranging interviews for care staff. You will play a key role in supporting high-volume recruitment campaigns and ensuring we attract top talent to deliver outstanding care services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing candidates through job boards, databases, and referrals.
- Reviewing CVs and applications to identify the best fit.
- Conducting telephone screenings to assess candidate suitability.
- Scheduling interviews (Face-to-Face or via Teams) with Service Managers.
- Collaborating with key stakeholders to understand hiring needs.
- Managing multiple vacancies while working towards weekly/monthly recruitment targets.
- Creating engaging social media posts to attract potential candidates.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and solve problems.
- Highly organized, capable of managing multiple roles and candidates simultaneously.
- Positive and friendly attitude with a proactive approach.
- Familiarity with social media for recruitment and engagement.
- A driving license and access to a car is preferred.
