Description:

As an Internal Communications Specialist at Aviva, you'll play a pivotal role in creating and delivering internal communications for our Customer & Marketing (C&M) function. Collaborating closely with business leaders, you'll provide strategic counsel on internal communications initiatives. Your responsibilities will include ensuring consistency, clarity, and efficiency of communications, maximizing the embedding of Aviva’s Purpose, Strategy, Values, and Brand. Additionally, you'll use data, insights, and industry best practices to develop communication strategies aimed at enhancing employee engagement.

  • Proven experience in crafting and delivering engaging internal communications strategies.
  • Strong strategic thinking and the ability to align internal messaging with organizational goals.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex messages clearly and effectively.
