Internal Communications Business Partner

To support this transformation, we’re seeking a talented individual to join our Internal Communications team. As an Internal Communications Business Partner, you will sit within the Internal Communications Team, leading on high visibility all-associate projects as well as providing business partner support. This will involve creating high quality, high impact content that brings our mission and strategic priorities to life using our internal comms channels and events.

What You’ll Do
 

• Deliver on the communications strategy and purpose across all associate communications as well as bespoke targeted business partnering
• Write engaging content which brings our mission and strategic priorities to life. Find and repurpose content that resonates with our associates and builds engagement.
• Support on Operations communication
• Keep channels up to date with content and stories.
• Deliver events which build associate understanding of our strategy and Capital One’s culture.
• Educate and coach colleagues on ways to use channels to achieve their target outcomes.
• Measure engagement across all key channels
