Interim Hr Advisor

 

Description:

Ashley Kate are currently working with a long-standing global manufacturing client of ours in their search for some interim support during a rather busy period and to cover some absences in the team. This person will be responsible for all levels of Employee Relations case work, however will mainly be lower level investigations and some disciplinaries, as well as picking up advisory level duties on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:

 

·Collaborate with managers to address employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.

·Assist in recruitment efforts as and when required, including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews

·Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the business

·Provide guidance and support for performance management, including, feedback, and development plans.

·Assist in administration and serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries.

·Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

·Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve processes and enhance the employee experience.
