Description:

As the Integrated Field Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition in the UK and EMEA markets. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, Solution Marketing, Demand Gen marketing and creative, to implement integrated marketing campaigns that align with our business objectives. Your role will focus on creating impactful experiences for our target audience through a combination of in-person and digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:
 

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute integrated field marketing plans that align with company goals, target audience profiles, and budget.
  • Field Activation: Coordinate and manage field marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities to engage customers and generate leads.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with the Marcomms team to develop marketing collateral, content, and materials tailored for field activation.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with their needs and support lead generation and sales efforts.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze campaign performance and gather customer insights to optimize marketing strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Budget Management: Monitor and manage the field marketing budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
  • Vendor Relationships: Identify and manage relationships with vendors and partners that can enhance field marketing efforts.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.
     

About you:
 

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in integrated field marketing, including event planning and execution.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles and tactics.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Creativity and innovative thinking.
