Description:
We have a fantastic and exciting opportunity for a friendly and enthusiastic Account Administrator to join the Account Support Team to ensure the smooth running of the Office.
Responsibilities:
- Working through new and existing client call lists and opportunities, calling customers to book them in with the Sales or Account Management Teams.
- Preparing documents for colleagues as well as building of post call and visit reports, making sure actions have been completed.
- Calling clients to update their data, making sure you have the correct contact details for them.
- Answering customer calls, message taking, processing customer payments, and booking client appointments.
- Joining colleagues on key account visits or client appointments to understand processes better, but also support with minute and note taking.
Skills and Requirements:
- UK Driving License and access to own vehicle is essential.
- Previous experience of working with MS Office products is essential.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise tasks.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Strong IT literacy, proficient using MS Office Applications.
