Insights Analyst

Are you our next Insight Analyst? As an Insight Analyst at Gymshark you will be responsible for digital analytics for our digital product by providing a considered, data-driven, customer-centric point of view that uncovers digital opportunities for us & highlights risks to growth in the short & long term. You’ll be working with closely with our Product Managers and Design teams to improve our customer journeys across all of our digital products. You will be working to further understand user behaviour, working within the Insight team of analysts and user researchers to help us define our Product strategies.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• Providing accurate and efficient data analysis to help key teams understand the digital products.
• Understanding detailed user journey flows to help identify opportunities to improve our products.
• Developing data-driven hypotheses to guide the work of the Digital Product team.
• Building hypothesis led A/B tests to validate solutions to user problems.
• Enhancing our datasets to explore new areas of user behaviour.
• Delivering meaningful insights that drive product roadmaps.
• Coordinating analytics findings to optimise business strategies.
• Strategically enhancing the data available to the business
