The role is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate, or an individual with experience in research or analysis, and an interest in Modern Slavery and/or Organised Immigration Crime, Serious Organised Crime, Criminology or wider issues of social justice and policy. The post holder will be joining a small analytical function in support of the national Modern Slavery and Organised Immigration Crime Programme.

As Insight Strategic & Performance Analyst the post holder will use their background in research or analysis to support the programme in influencing the national law enforcement response to Modern Slavery and Organised Immigration Crime. The post holder will use their creative problem-solving skills to horizon scan and provide impartial evidence-based strategic and performance insights which explain discrete findings and data points in relation to their operational as well as strategic implications to highlight good practise and provide recommendations.

As a national programme, hosted by Devon and Cornwall Police, we are happy to consider applicants who wish to explore flexible working arrangements including the offer of remote working options with the very occasional requirement for in-person meetings or travel.
