We're seeking an Internal Sales Representative to bolster our freight forwarding team. In this role, you will be pivotal in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring seamless coordination with our operations team

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential clients within local and regional markets.
• Execute targeted sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Foster and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their unique needs.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and quotations.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure efficient cargo handling.
• Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular updates to management.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in sales, within freight forwarding.
• Familiarity with freight forwarding services and industry trends.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software preferred.
• Knowledge of international shipping regulations and documentation a plus.
